The Village Tavern Food Review in Bonifacio High Street Central Taguig

Village Tavern is an international franchise, owned and operated by The Bistro Group. Village Tavern brings North Carolina's vibrant vibe. Unbeknownst to many, Village Tavern was established way back in 1984 and it was a franchise from The Bistro Group. The restaurant was under Bistro Group's executive chef Josh Boutwood.  As you enter the restaurant, you'll feel right at home with the well-lit, classy ambiance and red booth comfy chairs and cushions.

We've tried their Black Pizza (Php475)--made from squid ink dough with parmesan, gruyere, mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers and onions. It was good but it was a little dry for me. But still good though. Their Very Best Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting is a Must-try! Service wise, it was excellent just as expected from any Bistro Group restaurants

Of course, we've also tried their fork tender Angus beef flank. It's almost melt-in-the-mouth and was really very tasty. I never thought I'd enjoy some rare steak but I did because Village Tavern made sure it's worth the try.

We were served with Village Tavern's Roasted Bone Marrow (Php350)--it's bad for one's health when consumed in excess. But once in a while, it'll be fun to eat something that's considered "not allowed" in our diet.

Village Tavern is located at the Bonifacio High Street Central.
