Paskong Sarangani Bay: Exciting and Healthy Fish Recipes

Who doesn't love fish? We all love fish, don't we? For the upcoming holiday season, Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus, a local brand that produces bangus-related delicacies recently held an event where they taught attendees how to prepare exciting and healthier alternatives to the usual holiday foods. Packed with the delicious goodness and rich in Omega-3 and protein, Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus surprisingly can be prepared and eaten in so many ways. 

Chef Gigi Angkaw shared some awesome recipes using Sarangani Bay Prime products. She did Bangus Sisig [an instant hit among us], Holiday Crostini with Smoked Fish Pate and Spicy Sardines Pasta using MIO [Milkfish in Oil]. It will surely give a healthier take on any noche buena spread this Yuletide season.
