Cue Modern Barbecue at Bonifacio High Street: A Dining Spot for Hardcore Meat Eaters

Looking for a place to dine and enjoy good food in Bonifacio High Street? Why not try something new?Try Cue Modern Barbecue. Conceptualized by the famous Moment Group, Cue Modern Barbecue serves not just barbecues but a whole lot of good food, mostly for meat-eaters though. With elegant façade and interiors plus a wide range of meat on its menu, it is a dining food spot for hardcore carnivores. We were served with complimentary popcorn while we waited for our food.

We were served with Campfire Style Skillet of Queso Fundidio (Php190)It's a delicious mix of white cheddar, chorizo, cilantro and tomatoes served with flour tortillas. The cheese fondue was delicious but I found the tortillas quite too small.

I wish they would make it into a size bigger. We've also had Hot Pork Belly Tips (Php245)--Dijon-honey and Bourbon and char siu barbecue dips. They were filling yet bad for one's health if eaten in excess amount. But delicious indeed! If you're in Bonifacio High Street and you're craving for meat + you've got extra dough to spend, indulge at Cue Modern Barbecue and your stomach will thank you for it!
I'd certainly be back at Cue Modern Barbecue because there's more a lot on the menu that's pretty interesting to try.
