Clara Ole Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce, Béchamel White Sauce and Carbonara Pasta Sauce Product Review

I'm fond of eating pasta dish of any kind--be it pesto, carbonara, puttanesca, parmigiana, pasta negra spaghetti (made from black squid ink) or even a simple aglio olio---I would really put off anything at the drop of a hat just to have any of these awesome pasta dishes. Ever since I've learned how to cook, I've always relied on one brand of pasta sauce, Clara Ole. What is it about Clara Ole sauce that's made me stick to the brand? It's very affordable yet you can be assured it's made of high quality. The richness and flavor of its sauce are easily absorbed by the pasta no matter how al dente your pasta is. And now that Clara Ole introduces three new sauces in the market namely: Tomato, Béchamel and Carbonara Sauce, I'm even more excited to create not just pasta dishes but experiment using them in other dishes as well. So when I was tapped to do a product review for Clara Ole's Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce, Béchamel White Sauce and Carbonara Pasta Sauce, I was glad to be chosen!

Clara Ole's Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce, Béchamel White Sauce and Carbonara Pasta sauces are good kitchen staples because you can do a whole lot of recipes with them. Be it a viand or a pasta dish, you can really whip up anything with these three new amazing sauces from Clara Ole. With renowned company SySu as its manufacturer and distributor, you can be assured that it went through stringent process before it went straight into its packaging. The result? High-quality products which help you create wonders in the kitchen. For those who do not know exactly what béchamel sauce is all about, béchamel is basically a rich white sauce made with milk infused with other herbs and flavorings.

It's time to review each Clara Ole products: Let's start with the most basic, Clara Ole's Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce. Tomatoes are rich in lycopene which was proven to prevent cancer. Clara Ole's Creamy Tomato pasta sauce has a rich consistency which I love. True to its name, it is creamy. Its thick red sauce was seasoned with herbs to perfection. It goes well with almost anything I fancy in the kitchen. Whatever dish I tried to whip with it, my family will certainly love it.  Clara Ole's Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce wasn't bland but at the same time it does not taste sour unlike other tomato sauces I've previously used.

I've made Fusilli Chili Pasta and incorporated Clara Ole's Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce along with cayenne pepper, ground beef and some real red hot chili for an added kick.  I've also experimented a bit using Clara Ole's Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce on a simple spaghetti pasta but with a twist--I've put on those orange crab fat and a dash of tikka masala with paprika and then further squeezed some lime. Oh, who'd be clever to think that tikka masala + crab fat + Clara Ole's Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce+ lime= an amazing dish that would make one crave for more?

There's nothing nicer than the flavor of tomatoes. What makes cooking with Clara Ole Pasta sauces are the convenience it brings. It saves you time and trouble from preparing the dish but still not sacrificing its taste. So you can do as much as you can sans all the hassle while the pasta is cooking. No long hours to wait, your guests or family will surely enjoy your dish in no time!

Clara Ole Béchamel White Sauce on the other hand also tastes yummy as I've had expected it to be. Béchamel for those who aren't familiar with culinary terms is a standard white sauce and considered one of the five "mother sauces" of classical Italian cuisine. Sorry for my very "culinary terms", but in a simple layman's term, it means it is the starting point for making other small sauces--all of which are based on Béchamel.

Cream sauce, Mornay Sauce, Soubise sauce, Nantua sauce, Cheddar Cheese sauce and Mustard sauce all had Béchamel based sauces. A traditional Béchamel is made by whisking hot milk into a simple flour-butter roux. The sauce is then simmered with shallots, cloves and nutmeg until it's creamy and velvety smooth.

And instead of typically starting my Béchamel sauce from the scratch, it's such a relief to pour in a ready Clara Ole  Béchamel White Sauce straight from the pouch onto the pan. Its got the same taste and it's so easy to cook! I love savoring the creamy blend of butter, cream and cheese on Clara Ole Béchamel White Sauce. Who would've thought I could cook gourmet meals in half a time? Only Clara Ole Quality Sauces could help me accomplish such!

As if those two Clara Ole Quality Cream-Based Sauces aren't enough, Clara Ole also introduces Clara Ole Carbonara Pasta Sauce. With heartwarming flavors of cream, salty and smoked bacon and the richness of cheese mixed in all together in one pack. Instead of whisking egg yolks, eggs, cream, bacon bits and parmesan altogether, Clara Ole Quality Sauces made our lives in the kitchen truly easier and more convenient.

I've used Clara Ole Carbonara Pasta Sauce on my deconstructed version of everyone's favorite Carbonara. I've made a deconstructed one where the egg is cooked sous vide and topped on a parmesan frio cup instead of adding to the sauce. For finish, I've added a crisp bacon wafer on top to make the dish more delectable.

With this trifecta of amazing sauces from Clara Ole Quality Cream-based Sauces, I could whip any gourmet dish anytime. I was actually about to buy the creamy tomato pasta sauce at the supermarket earlier, but then I changed my mind and went for our usual Clara Ole Chunky Tomato Sauce with three cheese. Oh well, next time I know to try that one. :)

I've tried one of Clara Ole's pasta sauces once but I think I messed up my dish. I'll be checking out their webisodes so I can do them right. Thanks for this. :)
