Chef Gigi Angkaw shared some awesome recipes using Sarangani Bay Prime products. She did Bangus Sisig [an instant hit among us], Holiday Crostini with Smoked Fish Pate and Spicy Sardines Pasta using MIO [Milkfish in Oil]. It will surely give a healthier take on any noche buena spread this Yuletide season.
